History
Skyline Property Group began in 2003 and has since become a major holder of commercial real estate in Central Indiana. Through the years, Brady, the owner, became aware of a pain point he knew his people could solve. The pain point? A roofer who had the customer’s best interest at heart. His many experiences with contractors who would swoop in and make big promises they never kept convinced him to stand in the gap for roof owners across Central Indiana. Thus, a new subsidiary was opened in 2018: SPG Roofing & Exteriors.
The team at SPG Roofing & Exteriors lives to exceed the needs of commercial partners as well as residential homeowners. We spent years working on our own roofs, both commercial and residential, as well as new construction builds. This has given us the knowledge and experience to provide quality roofing services with integrity. Although our division is new, we are backed by a 20 year corporate history of honesty, discipline, and financial strength. This is a reputation we are proud to be a part of.

My name is Brady Clements, and I am the owner of SPG Roofing and Exteriors. I launched SPG because I recognized how difficult it can be to find a roofing contractor you can trust. As a business and homeowner, I set out to be that trustworthy company that you can go to for all your roofing, siding, window/door, and gutter projects.
At SPG, we constantly strive to improve the customer service experience and have made it our goal to remove the burden a property owner may have when deciding to tackle an exterior project.
