Roofing Contractor in Fishers, IN

Fishers is in southern Hamilton County along I-69, northeast of Indianapolis, with Geist Reservoir on its east side and the Nickel Plate District at its center. Much of its housing was built from the 1990s on, so many homes are on their first or second roof.

Our north side office on East 90th Street is close by.

Roof repair and roof replacement are most of the work we do in Fishers: 41 of our 76 jobs there since 2018 included roofing, and 34 of the 76 were in 2024 or later.

Roof repair. Many Fishers roofs need a repair, not a new roof. Recent repair work in Fishers has included chimney caps and chase covers, ridge vent repairs, and a cricket built behind a chimney to stop water from pooling there. If a roof repair will protect the roof, that is what we recommend.

Roof replacement. When the roof is worn out or badly damaged, we quote a full roof replacement and help you pick shingles and colors. A recent Fishers replacement used Malarkey Highlander shingles in Black Oak (photos below). Across Central Indiana, most roof replacements SPG sold from 2024 through 2026 ran $12,000 to $28,000.

Every job starts with a free inspection. One of our reps checks the shingles, flashing, vents and gutters, photographs what they find, and walks you through it. Read more about roofing in Fishers, or request a free inspection.

SPG has completed 46 jobs in the 46037 ZIP code and 29 in 46038, and we work throughout Hamilton County.

Whatever part of town you are in, the first step is a free inspection. One of our reps checks the roof, photographs what they find, and tells you how much life it has left, so you can plan a repair or replacement before it turns into a leak.

Whether you need a single repair or a complete exterior overhaul, SPG provides full-service coverage for Fishers properties:

• Roofing: Residential and commercial roofing — inspections, repairs, and full replacements.
• Gutters: Gutter replacement and repair.
• Siding: Fiber cement, vinyl, and engineered wood siding installation and repair.
• Windows: Energy-efficient window replacement and new installation.
• Storm Damage: Storm damage inspections, photo documentation, and meeting your insurance adjuster.

Hail and high winds from spring and summer thunderstorms cause most of the storm damage we repair in Indiana. An inspection after a major storm catches damage before it turns into a leak.

After a storm, we provide free inspections to Fishers homeowners. 13 of our Fishers jobs were insurance claims. If damage is found, we document it with photos and a written scope for your insurance company and meet your adjuster on site. Learn about the signs of hail damage and wind damage on our storm damage pages.

Whether a project needs a permit in Fishers depends on the scope of work, and local rules change, so we check with the City of Fishers permitting office before work starts on every project rather than relying on a rule of thumb.

SPG handles permitting on every Fishers project where one is required. We pull the permit in our name, schedule the city or town inspection at the appropriate stage of work, and coordinate any HOA documentation when applicable. Homeowners do not need to manage paperwork or call the building department — that's part of the project.

Our Indianapolis office is on East 90th Street, a few miles from Fishers. We schedule inspections when one of our reps can get to you, and the office can arrange a same-day visit when the situation calls for it.
