“Chris Sheets showed up at my home and was a breath of fresh air with his professional demeanor after the horrible HVAC installation I experienced. Chris walked my home to visually inspect the install and the damage done and gave a quote with detailed explanation of what he said needed to be done to resolve the issues, starting with the roof where the furnace jack was installed incorrectly causing water damage. “I had my gutters, soffit, and siding done with SPG. Last year I did the gutters and soffit and worked with Jeremy. I got three to four different quotes and SPG was in the middle, but Jeremy’s sales approach and communication were superior. When it came time to do the siding I reached out to Jeremy. They just finished and it looks very nice. I had the siding replaced and they wrapped the windows, doors, and garage door. They did excellent work. The project manager for the siding project was Derek and he was also professional and easy to work with. Derek had to deliver some bad news about my bottom boards (old home, not their problem) being rotten, and he removed a lot of the stress from the situation. He communicated what needed fixed and that they could resolve the issue. Derek and Jeremy both were awesome.”

It literally looked like the front of our house was shot up with a Tommy gun. We first met with Jackson, the SPG Sales Associate. The sales guys with the other contractors were the slimiest car-salesman types – but Jackson was forthright, honest, earnest, and just so helpful.
