SPG Roofing & Exteriors has completed 78 roofing jobs in Franklin since 2018, 12 of them in 2025 and 2026. 21 were insurance claims after hail or wind, 16 started as repair calls, and 22 were commercial buildings.

Most roofs we replace are architectural asphalt shingles. As a Malarkey-certified contractor, most of our installs are Malarkey Highlander and Vista shingles, which use rubberized asphalt that holds up better to hail and cold. After hail or high wind, damage is usually easier to see in the gutters and metal vents than on the shingles from the ground. Our inspection covers the whole roof, and we photograph every damaged area. If you file a claim, we meet your adjuster on the roof to walk through what we found. A licensed public adjuster we work with can negotiate the claim for you if you want one.
